Pressure cookers are awe-inspiring. I dont know how slow cookers get so much attention when pressure cookers do it in a fraction of the time and the food comes out healthier.

the pressure cooker seals in the nutrients as it stays surrounded by the pot. it also tastes much best and has a different consistency than cooking it in a rice cooker

i wonder, is the Pressure Cooker just to speed up the process, or does it affect the taste/consistency?

a bit simpler way to delight in Brown Rice… look for gogo rice – fully cooked in a bowl – at Whole Food market. ready in single 90 seconds… Quick, Simple and Healthier/Organic
