Thanks for your comment. Yes this exercise will certainly help you to tone up your legs and thighs as long as you follow it at least 2-3 times a week. A fantastic mealplan suggestion with low stout & carb food would even speed up your diet!

Yes it will. You must be able to see pressing consequence within a week. Remember to adjust your mealplan and drink enough water daily. Those would help you to absorb necessary nutritions and flush out things you don’t need. Thanks for your comment!
