How long (on average) does the detox process continue after going on a vegan diet?
I’m choosing to become vegan for my health and I’m into day 4. I’m feeling pretty sick. Headaches, flu like symptoms and I’m lethargic. I know detox is normal and that everyone is different, but I’m just curious how long it takes for most to end the detox process.
