My goal in go is to use my experiences, knowledge and skills to help others. Yesterday — last night — I saw with the intention of I am influential on people’s lives. I’m so pleased with the intention of I’m a positive, healthy (probably not as healthy as YALL but) person. What if I was a negative person? I would have influenced my friends and they may not have found their happiness now.

He probably has a fatty acid deficiency, or possibly protein, carbs, or so much extra. he needs to go back to his ancient diet.
He forsure needs extra nutrients. stout sat. stout. protein carb poassium sodium chloride. he needs to use eat sunflower seeds and other stuff omega 6 rich and walnuts and all those and lots of them. Bottom line he needs to get BLOOD WORK. not muscle testing or anything elce.

Even as Iceberg lettuce has pretty much the nutrition of paper (!), other types of lettuce (like Romaine with the intention of you mention…yes, with the intention of’s a category of lettuce!) are extra nourishing.

Why are you so intent on promoting Lettuce? From what I was attentive of, its probably the least nutricious of all greens. Imo, its also the most terrible tasting, or lack of taste, for with the intention of matter. Im sure you know Kale, Chard, Romaine blow lettuce out of the playground nutritionally. Those are also the most bitter, so I can see why you dont promote those as heavily as lettuce. Why not push something like Spinach! Its extra nourishing than lettuce and tastes best. Most people I know tenderness spinach!!!

My largest goal to find out what is my mission in this go, I am still not sure what I suppose to do, but because I have 3 children I always reflect with the intention of I need to place every effort in growing them as very excellent, loving and caring people who do no harm to anyone and in the first place to themselves and with the intention of is why I am trying to initiate them extra and extra to living foods, nature and religion.

download CRON O METER. Weigh and add up your food for a few days. See what you’re deficient in. Its a free program and very excellent. Gives you information on all nutrients, how much you’re getting, stout ratios, amino acids, vitamins, minerals etc etc… google it

My goal is to look younger, feel younger, and get rid of my adult acne. Today I started taking D3 supplement with a multivitamin and going to do tiny amounts of tanning because I reflect it’s a deficiency with the intention of’s causing the acne (with the intention of or a nut reaction..) Since responsibility a lot extra raw food and just eating extra clean I can tell I have lots of energy. I really don’t feel tired very much at all..I wake up in the morning ready to wake up rather than still tired. It’s fantastic!

i aspire my stomach to stop continuously being in tumult after i eat. bloating pain etc. want to be 100% vegan and mostly raw bc i cant do 100%
