Me too..I’ll weigh in the morning then weigh again in the afternoon and i’m like 5 or 6 lbs heavier..It use to freak me out but it’s simple really.When you weigh in the morning you probably haven’t eaten or drank anything yet so you’ll weigh less less.Then after you eat and drink You’ll weigh a few lbs more later in the day.The excellent thing is that most of that consequence will end up in the toilet lol (Sorry 2 place it like that)..So your consequence in the morning is your right consequence. I dont know it has me boggled! Like really Im tiresome to lose consequence. I started out at 160 I have been working out and eating healthy with plenty of water. I wake up in the morning consequence in at 152 and go to bed weighing 159! Like what the hell. I like dasani so I do drink about 4 or 5 bottles a day. I know I have lost consequence but the scale keeps lying to me by the hour!
