   pure orange juice, drink a litre or extra, and possibly some baked beans to get some gases going and urge you to go to the toilet you should be clean in no time make sure you have enough toilet paper first.

   i would suggest an all untreated herbal cleansing tea. its works for me.

   Before my colonoscopy, the Doc had me take three doses of Correctal (or some other gental laxative) and then take a bottle of Miralax diverse with 64oz of Gatoraide to drink in 3 hours or a reduced amount of. No food for 24 hours even as responsibility this. It was was not fun, but I sure was clean after with the intention of!! LOL You said it wasn’t to baggy consequence, but you will probably baggy some by cleaning out your system. I lost 6 pounds.

   You can also find a colonic practitioner in your area. This is like a colon flush with water. In my area they are $65, and it may take extra than 1, but soooooo worth it!

   As far as a cleanser, I just started on Peter Gillham’s Untreated Cool. It’s a magnesium supplement powder you mix in hot water at night. I started cleaning out the next day. It is very excellent for you and something we all need. Positive, it’s organic. My holistic MD just gave it to me.

   To kill anything you may have picked up, you can drink 3 times a day this cocktail:
   2 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
   1/4 tsp baking soda
   a shot or 2 of water
   mix and let dissolve. Drink this on empty stomach 3 times a day and you will start feeling best, in at least a day.
