I’m finishing a fruit flush for detox reasons, not consequence loss.

What must I eat following the detox? What must I eat the day after I end the detox?

After the flush, you clear to eat what you please (no more just fruits/veggies) but it has to be healthy. Don’t end the detox and dive into a bag of McDonald’s. Just eat stuff like whole grain toast w/ peanut butter, fruits, vegetables, juices, whole grain cereal, lean meats, etc.
