  I’m looking for the lemonade, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup detox recipe.

  Also, is it okay to consume small amounts of protein to stay sustained? Or just best to stay away from all during this. My concern is that I wake up early for work and want to be able to focus and be alert throughout the whole day. Can you work out on this diet or will you not have enough energy?

  I’ve been drinking heavily for 2 years and can’t seem to stop. I get sick and shaky and have had a few experiences with hallucinations when I go more than 10 or so hours. Any suggestions, I can’t take the time off of work to go to detox or rehab so any suggested methods of weening oneself off or a fleeting cure for withdrawal?

  I’m choosing to become vegan for my health and I’m into day 4. I’m feeling pretty sick. Headaches, flu like symptoms and I’m lethargic. I know detox is normal and that everyone is different, but I’m just curious how long it takes for most to end the detox process.
